BizLinx.AI ("BizLinx," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online platform at bizlinxai.polsia.app (the "Platform") that facilitates introductions between business sellers and prospective buyers, provides AI-powered matching, valuation tools, deal management, and access to affiliated advisory services (collectively, the "Services").
The Platform is owned and operated by Polsia, Inc. ("Polsia") and deployed on infrastructure provided by Polsia.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for users who provide false information, attempt to circumvent our systems, or violate these terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@bizlinxai.com. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Enrolled sellers who close a deal through BizLinx's Deal Closer service agree to pay a finder's fee of 2% of the gross deal proceeds to Polsia, Inc. This fee is calculated on the final transaction value and is due within 10 business days of closing. The Deal Closer service includes transaction coordination, document management, and closing support — it does not include legal representation or brokerage services. Each party retains independent legal counsel for the transaction.
Displaced or retired M&A brokers approved for the Broker Affiliate Program receive 25% of the 2% finder's fee (i.e., 0.5% of gross proceeds) for each referred seller who closes a deal through BizLinx. Payouts are processed within 30 days of confirmed closing. Polsia reserves the right to adjust affiliate terms with 30 days' notice.

Franchisors signing a Finder's Fee Agreement agree to pay 10% of the gross franchise fee received per franchisee introduction delivered by BizLinx.
The Frankie Score is an AI-generated assessment based on publicly available FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) data. It provides three dimensions: Brand Strength, Earnings Clarity, and Legal Risk — each rated 1–5 stars, with an overall score and risk tier (Low/Medium/High). Frankie Scores are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. BizLinx is not a licensed broker or investment advisor. Users should consult qualified professionals before making franchise investment decisions.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, score methodologies, and software, is the property of Polsia, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written authorization.
User-generated content submitted to the Platform (business listings, questionnaire responses, messages) remains your property, but you grant BizLinx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content in connection with providing Services.
All deal information shared between matched parties is confidential and may not be used outside the Platform's protected deal flow. BizLinx uses AI processing and data aggregation to improve matching quality and platform functionality. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BizLinx does not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polsia, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising from your use of the Platform or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the greater of $500 USD or the total fees paid by you to BizLinx in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polsia, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your misrepresentation of business information.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bizlinxai.com. BizLinx may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, any pending subscription fees remain due, and active deals may be subject to applicable finder's fees if subsequently closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. If you are located outside the United States, nothing in these terms prejudices any consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.
BizLinx is not liable for failures or delays in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, power failures, internet service provider failures, or acts of third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Effective date." For significant changes, we will send a notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription or service agreement you accept, constitute the entire agreement between you and Polsia, Inc. regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
