2020–2026
Sarah purchased, scaled, and successfully sold a spa franchise — experiencing the full M&A lifecycle firsthand as an owner-operator. Simultaneously, she worked as a consultant for an M&A firm, advising on deals and seeing exactly where the process was broken for everyday business owners.
