How accurate is the score?
The score is based on the same framework our advisors use when reviewing FDDs manually. It is a strong indicator of risk and quality, but it is not a substitute for a full professional review — which is why we offer advisory services.
What is a good FDD score?
Scores of 75–100 indicate a well-structured, lower-risk FDD. Scores of 50–74 suggest moderate risk areas worth investigating. Scores below 50 indicate significant red flags that warrant careful review before proceeding.
Do I need to use your advisory services?
